Shipping policies

  • We ship from Launceston Tasmania
  • Flat rate standard to Australian residents- $9.50, express $15.00.
  • We do not ship internationally due to the complicated pricing of Australia post.
  • We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Pre-ordered items are processed within 2 business days of current in-stock items.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email with order details, please check spam folders or get in contact at
  • We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped, if you would like to make a change before that please get in contact as soon as possible.
  • Please review and ensure that your address is correct and up to date. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fees).

Local delivery

  • Local delivery is available to Launceston residents within a 10km radius.
  • Contactless delivery.
  • Your order will be placed in a cool secured area or placed in your post box due to the nature of the product.
  • Only offered to orders over $25
  • Deliveries will be made in the afternoon and take 1-2 business day to process.
  • Deliveries are only available on weekdays.
  • You will be notified of the day and estimated time of delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, there are currently no returns.
If you are not 100% happy with our products please send us an email so we can help solve any issues.
If you have been sent the wrong item, we will happily correct it with no return on the original sent product. In the case of exchanges, please contact us as soon as you have received the item if the product is unopened or the wrapper is completely intact, we may look into exchanges. But if you are unsure when choosing the right product for you, we suggest trying sample sizes or visting one of our lovely stockiest.

Purchase Conditions 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all shipping information is correct, and to contact us as soon as possible when incorrect information has been given.
Generally, it takes at least one business day to ship, so the sooner the better.
Email- If you find you are having any issues with our skin products please contact us as soon as possible and discontinue use. All of our products are tested but if you find irritation occurs it is likely not the right product for you.

Payment Methods

Simply add the gift card to the cart which can be directly sent to friends or loved ones.
If there is a personal note please leave it in the comment box upon check out.
Must be used within 12 months.
